DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We advise and represent clients in all types and stages of disputes – from early case assessments and claim letters, to litigation, arbitration, and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards – delivering strategic and effective counsel at every stage. 

Effective dispute resolution begins with prevention. We support clients not only in resolving disputes – through litigation, arbitration, or regulatory proceedings – but also in avoiding them. This includes proactive advice on risk management.

Our expertise spans court proceedings, domestic and international arbitrations and investor–state disputes, including matters under the rules of leading arbitral institutions such as the SCC, ICC, and ICSID, as well as ad hoc proceedings. We are adept at handling arbitration-related litigation, including challenges to arbitral awards and enforcement proceedings, and we assist clients in alternative dispute resolution. We also represent clients before administrative courts in contentious regulatory matters. 

We assist clients with internal investigations as part of our disputes practice. These may involve potential misconduct, regulatory issues, or compliance concerns. Our work includes fact-finding, legal analysis, and guidance on next steps – whether the matter involves concerns raised internally, questions from authorities, or other business-critical issues. We provide clear, practical advice that helps clients manage risk and respond appropriately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We advise clients in contentious intellectual property matters, representing them in disputes involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and trade secrets. Our expertise extends to disputes about marketing and media practices.

While our primary focus is on contentious intellectual property, we also assist clients with non-contentious matters such as drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements.

By combining expertise with a practical approach built on experience, we help clients protect their intellectual property rights and resolve conflict effectively.

RELATED SERVICES
